ABSTRACT

Training and Development aa tool foenhancinemployeesperformancewas undertaken to find out if the Training and Development has a positive effect on the performance of employees. Manemployees have failed in their organization because theineeds for training and development wernot identified and provided for as a dispensablparof the management functionThe aiof this studis tascertain if training and developmenireallservinas a tool for enhancinemployeesjob performance in Nigeritherebinvestigating the performance othvarious employees of United Bank foAfrica Pland hoemployees training and development has gone as far aimproving theioperations.
