System Requirements

• A computer.

• Secugen Hamstar Plus Fingerprint Capture Device (You can purchase this from me)

• .NET Framework Runtime 4.7.2.

• .NET Desktop Runtime 5.0.7.

Installation Steps

1. Download the I Am Alive Software by clicking the link below:

2. Extract all the files from the downloaded folder.

3. Install the applications one after the other.

4. After successful installation, double-click the “PTADIAmAlive” desktop application icon on your desktop to launch it.

Confirmation Process

1. Launch the application.

2. Enter your Pensioner Number.

3. Enter your Bank Account Number.

4. Place any of your fingers on the fingerprint device to complete fingerprint validation.

• If your fingerprint is successfully captured, a “Success” message will appear.

• Once the aliveness check is completed, you will receive an SMS notification confirming successful completion.
