THE SIGNIFICANCE OF MOTIVATION AND ITS EFFECTS ON THE PRODUCTIVITY OF STAFFERS

The purpose of this study is to achieve the following: (1) To establish the relationship between motivation and productivity among workers. (2) To assess the important aspect of motivation in an organization in determining the result of productivity. (3) To stimulate the interest of workers/staffers to work harder to increase productivity towards the attainment of organizational goals. (4) To make suggestion on how to improve motivation and increase productivity based on the fin dings of the study. (5) To recommend ways of solving the problems highlighted in the study.
