This particular project aims at looking into the role of an administrator in the management of crisis. The selection of this topic has borne out of the realization of the need to evolve possible solution to myriad of crisis of organizations growth.

objectives to be achieved, it is in this light that Eresimadu and Nduka (2007)
see administration as specifically implying the careful arrangement of the
resources available for production so that when mobilized they should operate
on a unity for the achievement of a corporate objective.
The
central/purpose of administration in an organization is that the co-ordination

It concerns itself with the management of available resources in the organization in order to ensure minimum input with the possible maximum output or productivity. (Okeke et al 2008:6). It is coordination of resources towards the attainment of some predetermined simply put deals with the coordination of resources to ensure effectiveness while aiming at effective management an administration has to involve himself directing or indirecting in planning, organizing, co-ordinating and controlling.
Okereke
and Ukaje (2007) defined administration as involving the provision and
maintenance of the necessary manpower and plant facilities in order to render
useful services to those who need it with a view of bringing about desired
change in the growth of an organization. With this in mind an administration
therefore is concerned with managing factors of production such as facilities
for the achievement of organizational objective.
