This study focuses on “The Implications of Motivation on the Performance of Employees in Organizations” a study of Glory Technology Uyo and Eket connect. Employees are organization’s livelihood and how they feel about their work and the result received from the work directly impacts the performance and the stability of an organization. One of the problems of this study being investigated is lack of proper motivational factors. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent to which existing relationship between employees motivation and performances. The significant of this study is that, the study will help the management of an organization to pinpoint motivational problem and thereby take adequate steps to solving them. This study reviews related literature and provides both theoretical and conceptual framework. A case study design was adopted, non- probability sampling technique was adopted and two main sources of data (i.e the primary and secondary) sources of data used. The simple percentage and chi-square (X2) tool was used to analyze the chapter four of this study. Therefore, the researcher recommends that increase in salary, promotion and over-time allowance should be used as one of the motivational tools in an organization.
