This research work sought to access how training gives the individual the necessary skill and knowledge needed to perform their job well. The study on the impact of training and development on organization and employee development, was viewed important because many organizations have fail to trained their workers as the result of that they lack necessary skill and knowledge needed to perform their jobs well. Five research questions were formulated to survey design. The population of the study was the staff of Champion Breweries Plc, Uyo. The sample size was drawn to (75) staff through the use of chi– square method. The random sampling technique was used in selecting the sample. Response from the questionnaire formed the basis of the study and was used to answer the research questions raised in the study. Finding showed that training and development on organization have contributed to employee development. The researcher therefore recommended that management should look into the needs of trainee and motivate them accordingly if training must yield a positive result.
