ABSTRACT
Involvement of academic-staff in decision making process in an educational institution has been noticed to have an impact on employees’ Job-performance. This project work provides an in-depth study on Organisational –climate as a correlation of Academic-staff Job performance in tertiary institutions as a case study of University of Mkar. Questionnaire used provided data analyzed using Pearson Correlation Method.
Findings from the study revealed that the academic-staff should be involved in the decision-making process as this plays a significant part in Job-performance.
