THE IMPACT OF PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL ON THE ORGANIZATION EFFICIENCY
Base on the study on the Effect of Performance Appraisal on Organization on Efficiency, a case study of Champion Breweries Plc, Akwa Ibom State. The study was using the method in assessing the human resource capabilities and adequate skills in identifying the areas of improvement. The hypothesis was formulated in chapter one, One of the statement of problem, which is result of the calculated value is 35 is greater than 3.84. the table value which is the null by hypothesis, the researcher obtain the original source of data of primary and secondary data use in questionnaire in the company and to have vital inform, and the population of both management staff and executive was 210 and made rise of 35 staff and executive as the raw score and converted to simple percentage and the sample determination is fe=X2 ∑(fo-fe)2 which is use to determine the sample size out of 210 questionnaire distributed only 35 respond and retrieved from the population and left 175, the percentage respondent has show that good performances by the employees are being recognized and rewarded promptly.
The recommendation is base on the study effect of performance appraisal in company which is one of the major areas is to improve the employees performance in the company and adequately motivate, assess, train its employees by integrating their personal goal with the objectives of the company.
