THE IMPACT OF MANPOWER PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ON ORGANIZATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY
The main purpose of this study is to examine whether man-power planning and development impacts of productivity of an organization of civil services training central specifically seek to:
1. Examine whether given orientation to new employees inline with the vision and aspiration of the organization could result in effective discharge of function.
2. Find out whether in services training of staff in civil service training centre could increase productivity and efficiency
3. Examine whether in house training of employees could ensure the survival and growth of civil services training centre
4. Find out whether coaching, young employees could improve. The quality and quantity of work in civil service training centre.
