This work is on the Impact of Industrial Relations on Organizational Growth and Development. (Case study Akwa Ibom International Airport, Uyo). The work had the following objectives to identify causes of industrial conflict in Akwa Ibom international Airport, to access the impact of those strategies on the growth and development of Akwa Ibom International Airport, to identify the problems faced by Akwa Ibom International Airport in this direction. The work utilized survey method and questionnaire was the key instrument for collecting data. Out of a total population of 35, 32 were randomly sample out: percentages and tables were used for analysis while chi-square was used as the statistical tool for testing hypothesis. Based on this the following findings from the summary any analysis following findings from the summary any analysis of all the table and buses on the total copies of questionnaire that was filled and returned to the researcher. Table 4.2.1 shows vividly that industrial relations contribute to the growth and development of the organization and how it affects it positively. Table 4.2.2 further stress emphasis that the effect of industrial relation gives growth and development to the organization. Table 4.2.4 shows that there is industrial action adopted in their organization made. The work concluded that effective use of industrial relation so to say is like a pilots compass that gives direction, confidence and clear picture of the future that can capture which properly expedited it will no doubt lead to the growth and development of the organization and recommended that managers should be trained on industrial relation issue and how to relate with employees in order to maintain mutual agreement and maximum relationship and cooperation in the organization. The organization and management should consider industrial relation appropriately in decision and policy making.
