THE IMPACT OF EMPLOYEES DEVELOPMENT ON THE GROWTH OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION
This study was designed to adequately the impact of employees development on the growth of business organization of employees in First City Movement Bank Plc, Uyo. However, relevant literatures were received and questionnaire was distributed to thirty employees who made-up the sample size drawn for the study. This questionnaires were answered and returned. Three basic research hypothesis provided very useful finding which interpretation threw more light on the study. In this case simple percentage techniques were used to test the hypothesis. It is based on this fact that the study examines the extant to which employees development practice have been carried out in first City Movement Bank Plc, Uyo and the impact it has to play on its organization conclusively, based on these finding, it was admitted that employee in an organization are valuable resources representing a significant and that there is need for them to acquired more skills and knowledge to improve on their performance. On this note, the study recommends that first City Movement Bank Plc, Uyo should involved themselves in more development of its employees periodically to ensure high organizational performance.
