INTRODUCTION
The construction of an effective road network is the primary concern of any developing country. The resurfacing of existing roads in the local, state and federal areas is vital for the developed countries, as the capacity of roads reached their optimum level with the pursing of time.
In order to develop road, certain professionals such as surveyors, engineers, quantity surveyors etc must pay great attention to the such activity.
