PERSONAL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT AS A MEANS OF INCREASING PERFORMANCE IN AN ORGANIZATION
means in increasing performance in an organization, in the cause of the study, the researcher examine the important of training and development as it affects the performance in an organization. It has to do with ascertaining the relationship between development and productivity, which is the hall mark of the organization goal and objectives. This study is divided into five chapters, chapter one is the introduction, chapter two is concerned with literature review, and chapter three focused on research design and methodology, chapter four deals with data presentation and analysis. In chapter five, attention is given to the summary of finding, conclusion and recommendation of the work. In achieving this objective primary data is obtained through the use of questionnaire, this data were analyzed using table and chi square the result indicated that personnel training and development through the means of increasing performance in an organization. There should be in house service on the job training of staff to boost their knowledge of the job.
