This research study has the following objectives to guide the work. • To find out if teenagers in Ikot Ekpene are exposed to cartoon on television. • To find out if teenagers in Ikot Ekpene watch Ben 10 cartoon. • To find out if teenagers are encouraged or discouraged from watching cartoon on television. • To find out whether teenagers do actually understand the cartoon messages • To determine whether cartoon as television programme affects teenagers positively or negatively.
