Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS), system used in retailing in which data are processes at a cashier’s station and the information is relayed to the store computer. The computer relays back the price of the item to the cashier’s station. The customer can then be given an itemized receipt while the computer removes the item from stock figures. EPOS allows for efficient computer stock control and reordering, as well as giving a wealth of information about turnover, profitability on different lines, stock ratios, and other important financial indicators. This project deals with “Genesis fast food software based point of sale (POS) information management system” it deal with the system of all the management and information needs of the different section of a genesis fast food. Most time, the genesis fast food runs into problem of getting necessary information This study led to the development of “Genesis fast food-package” which will help a long way in reducing the problem encountered by the Entire management and staff of the genesis fast food. The power of the package is also see in the area where time is of great importance. This package will help immensely in eliminating wasted time in the operation of the genesis fast food service there by enhancing effective customer services.
