The work presents the design of an Estate management information system. An Estate management information system is concerned with the computerization of environmental records appraisal Housing Department in order to achieve the aims and objectives of the organization. The entrance of the computer into the Estate management information system will help create and maintain efficient records. This will also help to fish out “ghost workers” The design was implemented to facilitate the Estate management Information system for administration. It will be less time-wasting and cheap to run. It is expected that if full consent is given to this, it will enhance the Information of the Estate management record of the administration.
