DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DUE PROCESSING MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

It is the duty of the Nigerian government to make sure that due process are followed in providing adequate fund allocation and monitoring system that will guard how funds will be use in our society. Due process (more fully due process of law) is the principle that the government must respect all of a person's legal rights, instead of just some or most of those legal rights. It keeps the organization to keep effective and reliable records of the entire fund in the state. Over the years, the society has been face with improper accounting of fund in the nation. The organization have been finding it difficult to effectively manage fund allocation issue but with this fund allocation and monitoring system; this will make it easier to tackle problems like security, road project problems etc effectively. As a result of these, Software based for due process management information system is designed to assist in the funds allocation process. This is done with the help of visual basic programming language and Microsoft Access for database creation.
