DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPUTERIZED SURGICAL OPERATION INFORMATION SYSTEM

The research was conducted mainly to examine the positive and negatives effects of not making good use of computer in processing surgical operation data and information in the hospital. For effective research on this topic the operation information system. Both primary and secondary data were used to elicit information from sample studied, the primary source of data were response form the personal interview which secondary source form textbook on business management and administration and periodicals. Computerized surgical operation information system is used to record all information need during the operation. The recorded information are stored in the system for effective treatment measure. This project is written to help Hospital especially Madubuike hospital Enugu in the areas they encounter problems in keeping their record and the solution given to tackle those problem
