DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPUTERIZED HOSPITAL SPACE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

This project work which is conducted to meet the stipulation of the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) for the award of National Diploma in computer Science deals with the application of computer in Hospital Administration and Records with respect given to ESUT Teaching Hospital Enugu. It focuses attention on computering the existing manual record system. CHAPTER ONE of the work introduced the topic with sub-heading like: Background of the study, statement of the problem, objective of the study and definition of terms. CHAPTER TWO deals with related writ-ups of the topic and it related argument made by perfinent authority. CHAPTER THREE describes and analyses the current system as well as the facts finding method used. CHAPTER FOUR deals with the design of the new system it describes both the input and output specification of the system. CHAPTER FIVE deals with implementation of a new system it also specifies system conversion procedure. CHAPTER SIX provide an overview of system documentation. It also state the deal of program finally. CHAPTER SEVEN provide an over all conclusion and specification some valuable recommendation.
