DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ONLINE PENSION/GRATUITY PROCESSING INFORMATION SYSTEM

This project is designed for the implementation of an online pension I gratuity processing information system and also to evaluate whether or not the application of a general management of the pension scheme in government institutions. In order to be able to counter some of the problems identified with the existing system. The researcher after a thorough examination of the old system came up with a design standard that will manage the whole system effectively while reducing errors due to computation. Although during the research work, certain problems encountered kept the research work on a limited ground. The researcher was able to achieve a good result which is recommended that the application of the new solution to the pension scheme management should be effected by the government in order to meet future obligations to its ageing population and ensuring their comfort after retirements.
