DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A PTO/GSM RECHARGE VOUCHER GENERATOR

Recharge voucher generator is the software that is used in generating the codes used in recharging the GSM. The problem of invalid pin and errors occurring during recharge of GSM has been a great problem in the GSM world. With this problem, the need for a new software aroused so a new recharge voucher need to be developed since the existing one did not meet up to the expectation. This problem lead me into research to find out how to solve this recharge problem and I found out that I have to design a new and effective voucher generator.
