1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 BACKGROUND OF STUDY

The advance in computer technology has made it cost effective through internet to build information collection centers that are network for information monitoring and retrieval. The aim of very organization in any country is to maintain physical surveillance on the activities of its subjects. Hence this scheme will implement a nationwide employment application information system that will provide a computerized register and processing of employment application short listing system using civil service commission as case of study.

1.2 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

As the employees of labour seeks way for monitoring employment application shortlisting in their organizations with the intention of tracking and controlling the labour force. It is much difficult to accomplish this as most of the applications cannot easily be processed manually. Hence, the problem of employing unqualified staffs and thereby creating avenues for an ineffective administration in the organization
