Computerizing it, involves the total remodeling of the manual system so that all information processing is performed directly with the computer system. This enhances efficienty speed and reliability of the processed information In this project and efficient creation and employees of staff records in the personnel department has been ensured through a user defined database short listing system, development using visual basic programming language. The program is made to automatically update employees information over years, it’s input required are will collected employee personal information, modification of records can be done by updating already existing file depending on when an existing staff is promoted or transferred to a new department and deleting a record involves the total erasal of the entire staff from service and also when a staff is deed. Conclusion the newly implemented system will go a long way in correcting the difficulties faced with manual processing, thus not only enhancing speedy retrieval of data but also enhance effective and efficient data processing within the organization
