ORGANIZATION OF WORK
Chapter one outlined the problem, definition, the purpose of the study, what the work is aiming at, the scope, limitations and assumption.
Chapter two reviewed the related literature. Chapter three described and analyzed the existing systems, giving fact including materials used, organizational structure, objectives of the existing system. Both the input process and output analysis, giving the information flow diagram and stating the problems of the existing system with justification for a new system.
Chapter four has the design of the system both output and input specifications and designs with file design, procedure chart, system flowchart and system requirements.
Chapter five is implementation of the designed system; having the program design and flow chart with its pseudocode, source programe and test run.
Chapter seven gave recommendations and conclusion of the work.
