CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND IT IMPACT ON THE ACHIEVEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS

The study looked at corporate governance and it impact on the achievement of organizational goals Using Airtel Commemoration Nigeria, Uyo branch as the case study. The significantly influence workers performance as well as organizational productivity. The sample respondent used Br the study was 120, data were collected through the use of structured quest Bonaire. Analysis of Data was dine with the use of person movement correlation co-efficient and simple percentages. Findings revealed among others that transparency stands as a tool for the achievement of organizational goals the study also reveal that promotion in an organization attract more customers for patronage. Therefore, a study adherence to corporate governance could impact the profitability of an organization.
