COMPUTERIZED TRADERS TRACKING INFORMATION SYSTEM (A CASE STUDY OF AKPAN ANDEM MARKET)
ABSTRACT
This study focuses on Design and implementation of traders information system, the important of traders information system is recognized as the easiest way to manage, store and retrieve all registered traders in the market. Unlike the manual method of recording and retrieving of files which is characterized by delay and misplacement of files as the case was in my case study (Akpan andem market) we can see that if a trader information system is computerized, there would not be a problem of delay and misplacement of files and also the marketing processes will arrive at their maximum utility. Thus this study brings about the development of an optimal traders information database for the market. The programming language used is visual basic 6.0 because of it present graphical user interface. The materials for this research are both gotten from the primary source (case study) and the secondary source (internet, textbooks and journal).
