COMPUTERIZED SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The electronic computer has touched various aspects of human endeavour either directly of remotely computer has been a valuable tool that enhanced communication, speed up operation cut down data, handle costs and boosted information dissemination. In the field of commerce, economics and management, computer has been adopted recently as an indispensable tool that solves the problems of demand and supply ins every organization in order to achieve their objective. This project work has embarked upon to analyze the existing supply chain management system of Emenite Limited with a view to identify its loopholes and hence implement a computerized version that will plug the loopholes and make the supply chain operation more effective and efficient. Chapter one of this project work introduces the problems at hand and delineates its boundaries, chapter two, reviews the existing literatures of the past researches on the similar topic, chapter three describe and analysis the existing supply chain of the case study organization [ Emenite Limited], chapter four designed a new computerized system that takes care of the problems identified in the present system. The chapter five, six and seven highlighted on the implementation of the system designed and draws conclusion.
