Capital market is a market that is rare in the knowledge of most individual. This work is prepared in other to bring the knowledge of this exchange to the door step of each individual. Chapter one of this works is the introduction which gives hint on capital market and means of achieving its objective, chapter tow is the review of related literature which suggested explanation of capital market, its benefits and impact to the economic growth. Chapter three is the findings which exposed the problem facing the capital market in Nigeria. Based on the findings, the researcher made recommendation and conclusion accordingly.
