ABSTRACT
Drug abuse has become a social canker worm that have infested our youths and invaded our senior secondary school students and are rapidly creeping into our junior secondary school students. New form of drugs abuse including those not yet under the international control are emerging. There is real danger of the development of a “sub culture” it is at (present virtually impossible to predict with any accuracy how wide this phenomenon will become). How it will develop and how long it will last since the information is still unavailable.
