A WEB-BASED COURSE ON INTEGRATED PASSIVE COMPONENT TECHNOLOGY

A web-based course in integrated passive technology is being developed for use by industrial or academic students. Funding for this project comes from an IEEE/NSF grant for packaging education. The course will be based on an upcoming hook on the subject, and will include fourteen modules designed to give the student a broad understanding of an evolving topic, with equal emphasis on materials science, fabrication technology, and the cost-effective use of integrated passives in electrical systems.
